A succulent array of events

The second week of Six Weeks of Summer at Snowhill ended on a massive high; for the first time in a few weeks, the weather delivered, it was hot and sunny, a true summer day, and the ice cream bike was packed and ready to put smiles on people’s faces.

We started the day with the running club, ably led by Sam from MK Health Hub, with several eager runners from Two and Three Snowhill.

Inside our events hub, we had Alex and Jordan from Isherwood & Co setting up the tables with an array of amazing succulent plants, sustainable compost made from coconuts and shell-on-earth eco-friendly crushed shells; we were ready to welcome twenty customers for our first plant club (yes we can talk about this club!). It was extremely popular, with happy people leaving the unit with their creations in terracotta pots to brighten their desks. You don’t want to miss the next one on the 13th of July; you can book HERE.

The outside beach area was busy with people playing games and relaxing on our comfortable bean bags; it was a fantastic day with over 250 people enjoying a free ice cream in the sun.

If that hadn’t been enough, we ended the day with our Social Club; The Alchemist transformed our hub into an exciting cocktail experience with some of the best summer tunes from our in-house DJ.

What an awesome end to our second week; we have so much more still to come over the next four weeks, don’t miss out; we have an exciting programme of events with something for everyone!
