Fantastic! It was my first sound bath experience and I thought it was a really excellent way to 'bliss out' in the middle of a hectic day.
It was engaging and educational on a subject that was relevant to me. The speaker was really knowledgeable and she was very approachable.
It was a great combination of doing something I had never done before and spending my lunch hour in a more productive and enjoyable way to decompress from work!
