During the Six Weeks of Spring programme, there will be 16 events across 15 days.
Some events can be booked, others you’ll need to register interest for, and the rest are open to all. All events are free, check out the full programme below…

Mini-Market
Throughout the Six Weeks of Spring, we will host a range of Mini-Markets. Each market will be themed and will offer delights from local growers, bakers, jewellery makers and much more.
Make sure you subscribe to receive updates on the events.
Mini-Markets are open to all and between 12pm & 2pm
20th March: Theme - Focus on food

10th April: Theme - Local Food Artisans

Wellbeing: Meditation
Take time out of your busy day to engage in a mindfulness meditation session. You’ll learn some very useful tips tp provide you with inner peace.
Mindfulness: 21st March, from 12pm
Yoga Club
We will be hosting several 30-minute-long yoga sessions. These sessions will aim to de-stress and stretch out your body and mind. Yoga mats and water will be provided on the day.
Yoga Events will need to be booked. The session will start from 12pm.
26th March, 9th April & 23rd April.
Plant Club
You'll be guided through key principles of design and sustainable techniques as you create your own seasonal vase arrangement filled with beautiful British grown blooms to take home and enjoy.
All materials provided and no experience required.
Plant Club: 28th March from 12pm.
Games Club
We will run an interactive games club on 3rd April. Events will include F1 racing car simulators, a Batak reaction speed game and other games and competitions.
There will also be a selection of prizes on offer.

Social Club - 4th April
In collaboration with local bars, hotels and restaurants we will showcase great wines and share mixology tips.
The Social Club will provide you with an opportunity to socialise with colleagues and fellow users of the building.
Social Club: 4th April between 5pm-7pm
Sound Bath
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
Sound Bath: 11th April from 12pm
Not suitable for pregnant women or epileptics.
Lunchtime Pub-Style Quiz
We’re hosting a pub-style quiz. Mister Quiz will host quizzes between 12-1pm and 1-2pm.
Pick your team of four and join us for a lunchtime pub quiz; enjoy a tasty tipple whilst tackling some general knowledge questions.
Teams of four will quiz it out to be crowned Quiz Masters and win a £50 voucher for a local experience.

Social Club - 18th April

Lunch & Learn
We’re hosting a Lunch & Learn session on 24th April.
It will be a fun and informal session where we will provide an insightful and engaging speaker whilst you enjoy while browsing a buffet-style lunch.
Possible topics are Technology and Communication, Health and Wellness, Financial Growth, and Personal Development.
Lunch & Learn will start at 12pm.
Art Club
Join us for an artistic paint-and-sip event. Develop your drawing, painting and sculpting skills while enjoying a fizzy drink.
Your art teacher will guide you through a creative process, ensuring you leave with a masterpiece.
Art Club: 25th April from 12pm.

Keep doing the great stuff you have done these past few weeks. It's been amazing and the envy of my friends who work in other buildings!
